How it Works

How do I start the process?
It couldn’t be simpler. You can either fill in our quick response form here or give us a call on 01670 946205 / 07716 145575 to chat through your requirements or make an appointment to visit our showroom.

What happens at the consultation?
When you visit our showroom you’ll meet with one of our team of stylists where we will discuss any themes, styles and inspirations you may have in mind.  Together we can then create something unique for you that can compliment or transform your venue and wow your guests. We’ll then follow this up with a fully itemised quotation.

How do I book your services?
Once you’ve received your quote and have agreed on the products you’d like to book you will be required to pay a non returnable deposit to secure the date and prices quoted. Once this is paid – that’s it booked!

What if my numbers change since the original booking?
This isn’t a problem at all; anything on the quote can be added, removed or amended up until one month before the big day.

When do I need to pay the final balance?
This is due 4 weeks prior to your wedding or event. We will get in touch 4-6 weeks before hand to check in with you and confirm all final details.

What if I change my mind about the decor?
Again, providing we haven’t bought or made anything specifically on your behalf this isn’t a problem.

Do I have to organise things with the venue regarding you setting up?
Once the final balance has been paid we then work directly with your venue to make all arrangements for both delivery, set up and collection. This usually happens 5-7 days prior to the big day.

Will my venue be OK with my ideas?
We always work alongside your venue and when designing your day we also consider your venue’s suggestions or restrictions to ensure all heath and safety requirements are met. For anything a little bit different we would always discuss with the venue first to ensure everything goes to plan.

What happens on the day?
Everything will be in place. Having liaised with your venue and other suppliers where required, we work in a discreet and seamless way to decorate your venue as promised leaving you stress-free and confident that the result will be truly special.

Do I have to clear or return anything afterwards?
No, our service includes dismantling and collecting all of our product from your venue.
